Warm and cozy city studio 🏙️. the location was awesome, super convenient, and close to a cool nightclub that we could easily walk to.

It's quiet and great place for a couple of nights!!!

I felt at home in this incredibly friendly hotel. The staff were kind and thorough too. The rooms were cosy and complete with air conditioning, twin beds, as for instance. The location was great and super - 200 metres away from a night club.

Wi-Fi was very poor, made me a little nervous.

The location of this place is great, close to shops, restaurants, and a supermarket, and the staff here are friendly and very helpful.

The Citea Poitiers is perfect for a short city stay. The facilities in the apartment were excellent; bed was comfortable, location was close to the sncf railway station; and just 10 mins by taxi to Airport. The apartment was cleaned every day to an excellent standard. I would recommend Citea Poitiers as a base for a city trip.

There are no supermarkets close by (I.E. within short walking distance).

This place is great, offering spacious rooms, a nice pool, and a convenient location near the train station.

I would recomend this hotel for anyone wanting a city break in Poitiers, close to the train station and secure parking available (cheaper than the street side paid parking) Nice indoor pool to cool down after a long hot day, also within easy reach of Futuroscope theme park, short walk from town centre

The spacious room had everything we needed, including twin beds, a big bathroom, and air conditioning, and the staff were incredibly patient and friendly.

Good clean rooms and comfortable beds

Not enough staff to man the front desk - didn't seem to know how to deal with faults with the room. I booked 2 one bedroom apartments, but only one had a separate bedroom.When I pointed this out, I was told all rooms were like this - which was not the case

I was pleasantly surprised by the clear communication regarding check-in instructions, especially since I often arrive late at hotels. The instructions provided at Aparthotel Adagio in Poitiers were the clearest I've ever received, surpassing even the Adagio in Munich. It made my experience smooth and hassle-free. Moreover, the staff member at reception, Alexandra, was delightful and knowledgeable. It was a short but very pleasant stay overall.

The rate.

Hotel was unmanned by the time we arrived, meaning we could not gain entrance as the code to get in the locked front door was inside! Car parking was also locked meaning my car & valuables was left outside a nightclub on the main road. A noisy bar directly opposite disturbed my sleep well into the night. There was also prostitutes working outside the hotel. A very bad experience & I would not come back.

A nice self catering apartment as expected for this chain, pots pans cleaning equipment is provided and there is a daily cleaning service for the bathroom etc. For self catering there is a small Vival supermarket further up Boulevard Jeanne d'Arc (away from the station) in a petrol/gas station and a delivery pizza hut at the top of this road. It is a short walk into town and you can take a lift at the station car park to the elevated walkway into the old town.
